My name is Cléa (founder) I arrived in Berlin in 2012, when snow still fell well into April, when one could find an affordable apartment, and a night out clubbing cost just ten euros. The city was raw, vibrant, and full of possibility.

Though I had a degree in fashion, I quickly realized that world wasn’t where I wanted to grow. Instead, I chose to immerse myself in the city itself—its nightlife, its cultural scene, and the freedom it offered.

I was a barista during the day, bartended in clubs and bars at night, or often hosted events, constantly connecting with people from all walks of life. That curiosity about people, spaces, and shared experiences has always been my driving force.I’ve always found strength and sensuality in the world of hospitality. The people, always in motion, working long hours, with a smile on their face, carry a special kind of energy.

In Berlin especially, they come from every background, every culture. What struck me most was the authenticity, especially among the women. They are also mothers, musicians, or artists who work in hospitality to support themselves, sustain their lives, and continue creating their art. Their presence, grace, and resilience stayed with me—and inspired me.

Over time, the idea of building something meaningful began to take shape.I wasn’t interested in doing it alone—I wanted to create a space where women from the hospitality and entertainment world could come together, support each other, and share their craft with purpose. That’s how Panache Collective was born. “With panache” literally refers to an action carried out with style, confidence, and charm.

Today, we curate bespoke event experiences that combine elegance, creativity, and cultural depth. Each project is a collaboration—between our team and our clients, between artistry and logistics.

Our mission is simple: to host with heart, to create with care, and to make every event feel unforgettable.
